Cops will arrest killers on the scene whether they've committed a murder or not. NO MERCY Mode: If you are a fan of chaos and watching killers murder everyone, you can call a killer over from the 'No Mercy'piemenu found inside the 'Serial Killers'piemenu. Upon calling a killer from that menu they will come over and start murdering everyone in their way for 240 sim minutes. Be prepared for the fight of your life. The time it takes for the Big Ben to find you is based off your location and day of the week. The Serial Killer will hunt you down no matter where you are. This mod adds a random appearing serial killers to the wasteland which is very powerful and not recommended for low level players.

They will talk about serial killers and local crime events. They can research serial killers on the computer to learn more. However after a while they’ll start to have gruesome nightmares when they sleep and eventually get freaked out sometimes.
